You receive a proof for approval before the final artwork is completed. Changes can be requested at this stage.

Approve and receive artwork

Once approved, the completed custom painted digital art is usually finished within about 3–5 days and sent by email as a high-quality image file suitable for enlargements up to 16" × 20".

What do I receive?

You receive completed custom painted digital artwork by email after approving a preliminary proof. The delivered file is high quality and suitable for enlargements up to 16" × 20". The image file belongs to you, and you may make as many prints as you want.

Can I have it framed?

Yes. At your request, we will upload the art to a password-protected page in our gallery on Fine Art America. From there, you have unlimited framing options.

Can you include more than two people?

More than two people is not recommended. Larger groups usually reduce detail, intimacy, and overall impact.

Who creates the artwork?

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo with a visible face works best. Black-and-white, old, faded, or imperfect photos may also work, but final quality depends heavily on the source image.

How long does it take?

Turnaround time is usually about 3–5 days after the order details and photo are received. It may take longer before major holidays.

Are rush orders available?

Rush orders may be available for an additional 50% charge, but you need to inquire first so timing can be confirmed.
